Congratulations on this new journey!  We are looking forward to assisting with your wedding event insurance.

Most basic Wedding Event Insurance policies start at $150 (this includes a $25 NTI policy fee).  We need a minimum of 48 business hours to secure coverage.

Although it’s uncommon, quotes are subject to change without notice.  You have no obligation to purchase from us.  Coverage will not be bound until receipt of full payment and underwriter approval.

By purchasing this insurance, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions displayed within the Quote Request Form and Policy above and are electronically signing this agreement.

This coverage pays to repair or replace rented items, such as tents, marquees, tables, chairs, generators or portable toilets and is limited to $25,000. *Coverage will be quoted separately and we will need itemized list of property rented and replacement cost.
Your venue may require this as part of your insurance. This prevents the insurance carrier from seeking restitution from a third party. Without a Waiver of Subrogation, your insurance carrier may choose to sue a third party to recover the amount of a claim paid if the loss was caused by that third party - this is called subrogation.

COVERAGE REVIEW & OPTIONS

Liability Coverage: This coverage protects you from losses related to injuries and property damage at your event.  This coverage provides a Certificate of Insurance, which many venues will require.  The most commonly requested coverage is: $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 (first limit is coverage per occurrence / second limit is coverage for event).

Other Limit Options: $1,000,000 / $3,000,000, $4,000,000 or $5,000,000 or
$2,000,000 / $2,000,000, $3,000,000, $4,000,000 or $5,000,000.

Medical Payment Coverage: Pays the cost of an injured person’s medical expenses, regardless of who is at fault.

Limit Options: None, $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000

Property Damage Deductible: This is your out-of-pocket amount due for property damage only.

Deductible Options: $1,000, $,2500, $5,000, $10,000

Cancellation/Postponement: Pays for the expenses incurred when our event must be cancelled or postpone for reasons beyond your control.

Limit Options: You choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Loss of Deposits: Pays for lost deposits when anyone you hired to provide goods or services goes out of business prior to your event.

Limit Options: You choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Photographs & Video: Pays to retake photographs or video recording if the photographer/videographer fails to appear, disappears after the event with your pictures or video, or hte pictures are lost damaged or stolen.

Limit Options: You choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Special Attire: Pays to repair or replace the special attire such as the bridal gown and all the other party attire, if lost, stolen or damaged.

Limit Options: You choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Jewelry: Pays to repair or replace jewelry you own, when it’s lost, stolen or damaged.

Limit Options: You describe each item, choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Gifts: Pay to repair or replace gifts that are lost, stolen or damaged.

Limit Options: You choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Professional Counseling: Pays for professional counseling prescribed by medical physician and resulting from a covered cancellation.

Limit Options: You choose the amount of coverage and deductible.

Rented Property or Equipment: Pays to repair or replace rented items (tents, marquees, tables, chairs, generators, portable toilets).  *This may be required by Rental Company.
